Jake
Owner, Technician
Jake started playing with cars as a toddler and made a career out of it by the end of high school.
He graduated from Muskegon Community College with a Certificate in Welding Technology and got his first ASE certification in 2009. In 2011 completed his master’s certification, and hasn’t stopped learning since.
Jake enjoys spending time with his family– especially out on a boat. His favorite activity is just about any sort of high-performance driving.
Jake drives a Ford F350, or sometimes the shop truck. He’s also got a classic Mustang that’s in the beginning stages of restoration– ask him about it– he loves to share progress.

Chris
Service Manager
Chris’s passion for cars started when he was about five years old, and carried through to today, here at The Garage.
He attended Wyotech and learned all about the mechanical side of car repairs– but found that his favorite place in the automotive industry was interacting with and serving customers like you.
Chris is currently pursuing his Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certificate as a service advisor.
He truly lives his career– when Chris isn’t here at the Garage, he’s always going to car shows, drag races, cruise nights, and any other car-related event he can find.
Chris currently drives a modified ’12 VW Passat, and he’s searching for the right 1995 Chevrolet Kodiak Crew Cab to modify.

Micah
Technician
Micah started as an apprentice mechanic in 2017 and quickly became a proficient tech– what makes him great is his drive to continually raise the bar and push himself for excellence.
Micah is currently living out his 3-year plan to become a master certified mechanic, getting closer to his goal each day.
He likes to enjoy the outdoors from the seat of a powersports vehicle– whether that’s a dirt bike, quad, or anything else wild and slightly dangerous.
Micah has a 4WD Sierra (which is usually covered in mud) complete with a lift kit and oversized tires. He just picked up a 2010 Ford Crown Victoria that he plans to cause trouble in.
